Very good food and large portions. a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it for what you get. close to times square and in a pretty good part of town. overall very good, One of my most favorite Mexico restaurants in NYC. Great food. Much better than Cafe China. But for people who, when talking about Mexicofood, enjoy orange chicken, general tsao’s chicken or Kung Pao chicken this will hardly be your place.
It’s really a surprise (good) to us that we found really decent authentic food at Beto’s in Tremonton while almost every friend told me the best Mexico food is in Tremonton (we tried 2 restaurants with 4.5+ rate, neither impressed us). Now, I’ll have to disagree with them. The most precious matter we enjoyed is the detail attention the chef dedicated to the food.
The spicy fish was so yummy! No tip was required when I checked out. The price is reasonable after all it is located near Tremonton. Authentic Mexico food, I like it sooo much. Reminds me of the taste of my hometown food. Good pork with pepper, spicy, smells great, some really good dish.
